ADA D'ADAMO. Born in Ortona in 1967, she graduated from the National Academy of Dance and majored in Performing Arts Disciplines. She wrote several essays on dance and theater. She died in 2023 at her home in Rome, just days after her memoir Come d'aria was nominated for the "Premio Strega." In her memory, the "Ada d'Adamo Prize" was established as part of the Rome Dance Festival, awarded to the person who best interprets the fusion of artistic experience and social functions.
